Playing Career

Founder Jaret Petras brings firsthand experience from the highest levels of the game.
Jaret played for European professional clubs in the Czech Republic, competing with FC Zlín and developing in the FC Slovácko academy system. After his time in Europe, he returned to the United States to play Division 1 college soccer at Stony Brook University.
His background competing both internationally and at the NCAA Division 1 level gives him a deep understanding of the technical, tactical, and mental demands placed on elite players.

Coaching Career

After his playing career, Jaret transitioned into coaching, video analysis, and sports science roles at the Division 1 and USL college levels.
He worked with top programs including the New York Red Bulls MLS Academy and Furman University & the Hartford Athletic, helping develop players who went on to compete at the Division 1, professional, and national team levels.
Through coaching, analyzing, and applying cutting-edge sports science, Jaret gained a 360-degree view of player development — helping athletes reach their potential.

Neuro Football Today

Today, through Neuro Football, Jaret helps serious youth soccer players develop elite soccer IQ and mental resilience through personalized video analysis and mindset coaching.
By combining his professional playing experience, academy and college-level coaching expertise, and sports science background, Jaret provides a unique system that sharpens players' decision-making, positioning, game understanding, and confidence — the true separators at the highest levels of the game.
